Twitter user @sratyedaway ignited debate three days ago when he shared a video of a voice mail he received that left a Nato Alphabet message with co-ordinates. The message has been translated to read; "SDANGER/SOS/IT/IS/DIRE/FOR/YOU/TO/EVACUATE/BE/CAUTIOUS/THEY/ARE/NOT/HUMAN/SOS/DANGER/SOS" The Twitter user, known as Ty, jokes that he's; "Throwing my phone away" after translating the voice message. Ty looked up the co-ordinates left at the end of the voice mail finding them to indicate a place on the coast of Indonesia, which he stated he has no connections to. Following this Ty shared that he has received an Indonesian text message which translated to; "End the post you just shared about the recording on your phone." With this the internet has taken to Ty's story with vigour, with theories coming on all sides. Consultation on a bill to introduce radical reforms to the education system has been opened. During the Programme for Government the First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon, made clear that the Education (Scotland) Bill 2018 will be the centerpiece of the legislative programme for the year ahead. It will include a number of provisions to reform how schools are run and put schools in charge of key decisions about a child's education including; - More freedom to make choices about curriculum, improvement and funding at school level, - More freedom for headteachers to choose school staff and management structure, - New regional improvement collaborative's to provide streamlined and strengthened support to teachers, drawing on experts from local authorities and Education Scotland, - Strengthened engagement with young people and parents in schools.
